A Message to our Valued Customers & Partners on COVID-19
Amid the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Avail wants to update our valued customers and partners on the measures we are taking to ensure we can continue to support you, and do our part to help stem the tide of this outbreak. The health of our employees and their families, along with that of our customers and partners, is our top priority.
We want to emphasize that Avail remains open for business and is committed to carrying out our work for our customers under these challenging circumstances. We have instituted several policies to ensure the continuity of our business operations and to reduce the risk of potential transmission, notably:
- Our staff continues to be available to connect with you via our normal phone, video messaging and email you have been using. Avail has extensive online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate with each other, our customers and suppliers whether we are working in the office or remotely.
- We have instituted travel restrictions and will work closely with our customers to start holding virtual meetings. In addition, we are following all applicable Government advice and mandates, and have implemented policies for hand washing and hygiene, social distancing, and self-isolation where appropriate.
- We have coordinated internally, and we will/are putting steps in place to provide additional support for the many of you that are looking at things such as service reductions and additional public messaging. More information on this will be coming shortly.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people affected by this unprecedented event, and we extend our deepest gratitude to our public transit agency customers as well as the healthcare workers, local communities, and governments around the world working on the front lines to contain this outbreak.
We will do whatever we can to help you navigate through this pandemic.
